On the weekend of July 23, filmmakers across Iowa will be competing in the 48 Hour Film Project's tour to find "The Best 48 Hour Film of 2010." Local film teams will have just 48 hours to make a film — from writing and shooting to editing and adding music. Participants can win, cash, prizes and the chance to screen at the Cannes Film Festival. The Fleur is a proud sponsor of the 48HFP and will host the following events:

The 48 Hour Film Project will hold two nights of screenings, featuring the official 2010 entries, on July 28 & 29. Witness films by local filmmakers made just 3 days earlier. Then on August 12, Best of City Screening & Awards Celebration Walk the red carpet, witness the top 12 films of 2010, then find out all the award winners.
